Chef Tony Hohlfeld creates impressive and innovative dishes by combining simple and sophisticated components. A vibrant, colourful variety of flavours can be found on every plate.
Chef Sommelière Mona Schrader intensifies the creative dishes with a carefully chosen selection of wines, thus completing the culinary experience.
Together they have created a place in the middle of Hanover where you can slow down and relax. The menu with wine accompaniment lets you reminisce and discover new things at the same time.
You can enjoy the long story menu from Wednesday to Saturday including water for €200.
We offer the wine tour to match the menu for €126.
Furthermore, we offer a short story menu on Wednesday to Saturday and Saturday lunchtime including water for €160. If you would like to enjoy matching wines, it's an additional €84.
If you would like to make a reservation, they are possible online for Wednesday to Saturday starting from 18.00 to 19.30 and for Lunch on Saturday starting from 12.00 to 13.30.
Closing hours will be 24.00 for dinner and 15.30 for lunch.

Chef Sommelière Mona Schrader learned to know and love the world of wine at an early age. Through her talent and passion for the subject, she completes the guest's culinary experience.
